The Meralco Bolts got 23 points, four rebounds and two steals from rookie Ed Daquioag and defeated the TNT KaTropa 98-87 in the 2017 PBA Philippine Cup at the Araneta Coliseum on Friday (December 9).
Star guard Jayson Castro, the idol of Daquioag, had 23 points on 9-of-17 shooting to lead the KaTropa.
