A breakout performance from Jewel Ponferada led the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters to a 107-97 come from behind victory over their former head coach Yeng Guiao and his new team NLEX Road Warriors.
Ponferrada scored a career-high of 22 points with nine rebounds, two blocks, two assists, and one steal, while Jericho Cruz added 19 markers, six rebounds, and four assists.
NLEX was led by forward Sean Anthony with team-high 22 points, 16 boards, three assists, and one steal.
