The Meralco Bolts used a 12-0 run early in the fourth quarter to pull out a 91-84 victory over the NLEX Road Warriors in the 2017 PBA Commissioner’s Cup on Sunday, March 19.
Five players scored in double-digits for Meralco, led by Jared Dillinger's 20 points. Import Alex Stepheson had 18 points, 24 rebounds, and four blocks. Chris Newsome had 15 points. Reynel Hugnatan scored 13 and Baser Amer added 12.
Import Wayne Chism had 18 points and 17 rebounds to lead NLEX. Garvo Lanete contributed 14 points.
