JV Mocon had 12 points, eight rebounds and five assists as the San Beda Red Lions, led by as many as 29 points, got the easy victory against CSB Blazers, 76-52 in the first round of NCAA Season 93 men’s basketball tournament Tuesday (July 18) at Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan.
Robert Bolick contributed with nine points, 11 rebounds, six assists and two steals for the San Beda College, who lost to Lyceum last Friday.
For College of St. Benilde, Clement Leutcheu led the team with 10 points in the loss.
