The FEU Tamaraws were able to pull out their first victory of the Season 79 after beating Adamson Soaring Falcons, 75-65.
The Tamaraws were led by Achie Iñigo and Richard Escoto who scored 13 points apiece, while Raymar Jose posted 11 points and 12 rebounds.
The Falcons again turned to rookie Jerrick Ahanmisi but couldn’t get enough contribution from his teammates. The super rookie scored 19 points and five rebounds in the loss. Papi Sarr added only 11 points on 4-of-10 shooting with seven rebounds.
