Globalports's Terrence Romeo scored a season-high 35 points as the Batang Pier beat Barangay Ginebra San Miguel 91-84 on Sunday (December 11) in the 2017 PBA Philippine Cup elimination round.
Romeo, the PBA scoring champion the last two seasons, also had two rebounds, two assists, and two steals, shot 5-of-9 from three-point area and 12-of-24 overall from the field.
JR Quiñahan added 15 points and nine rebounds, while Stanley Pringle and Niño Canaleta had 12 and 10 points, respectively.
Japeth Aguilar and LA Tenorio carried Ginebra with 23 points each.
