JC Intal scored a game-high 22 points including clutch baskets to lead the Phoenix Fuel Masters past the defending champion San Miguel Beermen 92-85 at Ynares Center in Antipolo City on Wednesday (November 30).
Fuel Masters’ Simon Enciso and Matthew Wright, the best players of the game, played an impressive game. Enciso contributed 15 points and nine assists, while Wright added 14 points and eight rebounds.
Reigning three-time MVP June Mar Fajardo was top performer for San Miguel with another monster performance - 19 points and 24 rebounds, followed by Alex Cabagnot with 16 markers.
