June Mar Fajardo and Alex Cabagnot added 21 and 20 points, respectively for Beermen.
Jayson Castro scored a game-high 27 points on top of his 8 assists and Kelly Williams had 24 for TNT.
Game 2 is on Friday, February 10 in Mall of Asia Arena.
