Brandon Freeman scored a game high 28 points and the Sale-Morocco beat the Mighty Sports-Philippines, 83-75, on Friday, February 17 (Feb. 18 in the Philippines), in the opener of the 28th Dubai International Basketball Championship 2017.
Former Ginebra import Justin Brownlee led Mighty Sports with 27 markers.
The Mighty Sports will next face the Egypt national basketball team on February 18, 9 pm (Dubai time) or Febuary 19, 1 am (Philippine time).
