Pool player Carlo Biado beat Vietnamese Duong Quoc Hoang, 9-5, in the championship round of men’s 9-ball event in the 2017 SEA Games to pocket the 22nd gold medal for Philippines on August 27.
Biado, the Champion of the World Games in Poland in July, collected his second gold medal in the biennial meet, as he won also two year ago in men's doubles along with Warren Kiamco.
