The Blackwater Elite earned their first win of the conference, 92-86 over the Phoenix Fuel Masters on Sunday, August 6.
Henry Walker, who played for NLEX last season, led Blackwater with 32 points, 15 rebounds and five assists. Mike DiGregorio topped the locals with 28 points.
Eugene Phelps was limited to 13 points to go with 17 rebounds. RJ Jazul added 13 for Phoenix, who have lost three in a row.
