The Barangay Ginebra San Miguel have advanced to the semifinals after beating the San Miguel Beermen by way of a 104-84 victory in the quarterfinals of 2017 PBA Governors' Cup on Wednesday, September 27.
Justin Brownlee produced a game-high 37 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks to lead Ginebra ended the Grand Slam dreams of the San Miguel Beermen.
Joe Devance, the best player of the game, made four three-pointers and finished with 17 markers.
Terrence Watson led San Miguel with 30 points, June Mar Fajardo scored 19 points and grabbed 22 rebounds in the loss.
