The Magnolia Hotshots have the opportunity to advance to the Finals, as they'll go into Game 6 up 3-2 in the best-of-seven against the NLEX Road Warriors.

The Road Warriors, meanwhile, are trying to extend the series and force a Game 7 on Thursday without the injured Kevin Alas.

Alas suffered a ACL tear in his right knee. He sustained the injury in the first quarter of Game 5 last Sunday.

Results and Scores


The Magnolia Hotshots advanced to 2018 PBA Philippine Cup Finals after eliminating NLEX Road Warriors 4-2 with a 96-89 victory in Game 6.

Ian Sangalang led Hotshots in scoring and rebounding with with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Jio Jalalon tallied 11 points, 13 assists and two steals in the win.

Mike Miranda paced the Road Warriors with 20 points and eight rebounds. Keifer Ravena was limited to nine points on 3-of-17 to go with five rebounds and five assists.

The Hotshots will play the defending champion San Miguel Beermeen in the best-of-seven finals that begins on Friday.
