Gilas Pilipinas Youth open its campaign in the 2019 FIBA Under-19 World Cup against host Greece.
Headlining the Philippines men's national under-19 basketball team is the twin towers of Kai Sotto and Ariel John "AJ" Edu.
Joining Sotto and Edu in the lineup are Carl Tamayo, Geo Chiu, Dalph Panopio, Gerry Abadiano, Terrence Fortea, James Spencer, Xyrus Torres, Migs Oczon, Dave Ildefonso and Rhayyan Amsali.
Sandy Arespacochaga will be leading the Gilas Pilipinas Youth, formerly known as Batang Gilas.
After Greece, Gilas Pilipinas Youth will play Argentina at 8 p.m. Sunday (1 a.m. Monday in Manila) and finish its Group C campaign on Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. (1:30 Wednesday Manila).
