The 2021 PNVF Champions League for Men is scheduled to be held from November 29 to December 4, 2021 at the Aquamarine Recreational Center gym in Lipa City, Batangas.
The men's tournament has seven participating teams divided in two groups:
Group A: Basilan Peace Riders, Go for Gold Air Force Aguilas, and Manileno Spikers.
Group B: Global Remit, Sabong International Spikers, MRT-Negros, and Team Dasma Monarchs.
