The NU Bulldogs got 17 points and 13 rebounds from Issa Gaye to beat the UST Growling Tigers, 94-84 on Wednesday, September 20.

Dave Yu, Jayjay Alejandro, and Manuel Mosqueda all posted a double-digit scoring to help National University improved their record to 2-1.

Regie Basibas answered with 23 points in the defeat for University of Santo Tomas, who remains winless after three games.
