The Ateneo Lady Eagles and the UST Golden Tigresses clash in the UAAP Women's Senior Volleyball Tournament finals for the first time.
Ateneo bounced back from losing its twice-to-beat edge to beat the FEU Lady Tamaraws in Game 2 to advance to the finals.
UST, meanwhile, ended an eight-year wait for a Finals appearance by dethroning three-time champion DLSU Lady Spikers in the Final Four.

University of Santo Tomas took Game 1 of the finals against Ateneo, 25-17, 25-16, 25-20.
Sisi Rondina delivered a stellar performance as she finished with 23 points built on 20 kills, two blocks, and an ace, on top of 12 digs and five excellent receptions.
Eya Laure added 11 points.
Kat Tolentino led Ateneo in the losing effort with 12 points while Maddie Madayag and Jules Samonte added 6 markers apiece.
The Tigresses are now one win away from the UAAP Season 81 crown.
