Twelve teams from nine countries will compete in the 2019 Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup (MSC), which will happen on June 19-23, 2019, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

MSC 2019 will kick off with a group stage on June 19 to determine which teams get a spot in the upper bracket of the playoffs.
The teams in each group will play in a round robin format, best-of-three. The top ranked-team per group at the end of the group stage will proceed to the upper bracket of the playoffs, while the bottom two teams will proceed to the play-ins.
The eight team in the play-ins will battle in a single elimination, best-of-three series. The winners of each pair will move to the lower bracket of the playoffs. Both brackets will play in a best-of-three series, while those who will advance to the Finals will face-off in a best-of-five series.
The play-in round and playoffs will play on June 21 to 23.
