Filipino Equestrian Colin John Syquia won the 23rd gold medal of the Philippines in the 2017 SEA Games Equestrian jumping individual competition on Monday, August 28.
Together with his horse Adventure E, Syquia clocked the fastest time of 37.63 seconds in the decisive jump off without knocking a single fence down to capture the gold medal.

The Filipino rider also prevented the Equestrian competitions to be swept by Malaysia, who won the five of the six events.
