The Meralco Bolts held off the Star Hotshots for a gritty 96-90 victory on Saturday, September 9 at the Sta. Rosa Sports Complex in Laguna.
Allen Durham led Meralco with a 29 points, 27 rebounds, seven assists and three blocks.
Chris Newsome, Cliff Hodge, Baser Amer and Garvo Lanete scored double digits to help Bolts get their sixth win in eight games.
Malcolm Hill paced Star with 28 points and 10 rebounds.
