Game 2: Phoenix Suns beat Milwaukee Bucks for 2-0 lead

The Phoenix Suns won Game Two of the NBA Finals, 118-108, to take a 2-0 lead in the series against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Devin Booker scored 31 points, Chris Paul had 23 and the Suns withstood Giannis Antetokounmpo’s all-around effort as the Bucks are heading back to Milwaukee down 2-0 in the 2021 NBA Finals.

Mikal Bridges provided plenty of offensive punch as he tallied 27 points.

Antetokounmpo, the two-time NBA MVP, led the Bucks with 42 points on 15-of-22 shooting, 12 rebounds, four assists and three blocks, but the hot-shooting Suns still managed to to stay on top for the win.

The Suns outscored the Bucks 60-27 from deep. Phoenix hit 20 of its 40 behind the arc and shot nearly 50 percent from the field as a team.

Jrue Holiday (17 points) and Khris Middleton (11 points) unable to generate enough offense for the Bucks. They combined 12-for-37 from the field (32.4 percent) from the field. They will need to be much better if Milwaukee wants to truly challenge Phoenix in this series.

Game 3 is Sunday (Monday Philippine Time) in Milwaukee.
