The Miami Heat will look to even the series at 1-1 when they face the Denver Nuggets in Game 2. The Nuggets won Game 1 by a score of 104-93, behind a dominant performance from Nikola Jokic, who had a triple-double in his first NBA Finals appearance, 27 points, 14 assiats and 10 rebounds.

The Heat will need to get more production from their star to upset the number one seed in the West. Jimmy Butler was held to just 13 points. Bam Adebayo led the 8th seed in the East with 26 points and 13 rebounds. The Heat also need to find a way to slow down Jamay Murray, who had 26 points as well as 10 assists and six rebounds.

The Nuggets will be looking to build on their momentum from Game 1 and take a commanding 2-0 lead in the series. They have home-court advantage, and they will be playing in front of a raucous crowd at Ball Arena.

Despite a monster effort from Nikola Jokic, the Miami Heat tied the NBA Finals at 1-1 with a 111-108 victory over the Denver Nuggets in Game 2.

Gabe Vincent was the leading scorer for the Heat with 23 points. He shot 8 of 12 from the field, including 4 of 6 from beyond the arc. Jimmy Butler added 21-point, 9-assist performance, while Bam Adebayo tallied 21 points and 9 rebounds.

Nikola Jokic had another monster performance for the Nuggets, scoring 41 points and grabbing 11 rebounds, but was limited to 4 assists. Jamal Murray contributed 18 points and 10 assists, while Aaron Gordon was the only other Nuggets starter to score in double figures, finishing with 12 points and 7 rebounds.

Game 3 is on Thursday (Philippine Time) in Miami.
