The Crossovers dominated the Highrisers with a three-set sweep, 25-14, 25-15, 25-21, displaying their prowess and teamwork.
The first two sets witnessed Chery Tiggo's absolute control, with EJ Laure spearheading their offensive charge.
EJ contributed an impressive 15 points, showing her all-around skills with nine excellent digs and four receptions. Not to be outdone, her sister Eya Laure displayed an excellent all-around performance, delivering 12 points on nine attacks, two blocks, and a service ace.
Jasmine Nabor, the team's setter, played a vital role in orchestrating their offensive plays with 14 excellent sets and contributing seven points of her own. Shaya Adorador added sever markers.
Although Galeries Tower fought back in the third set, it was not enough to halt Chery Tiggo's dominant run.
Dimdim Pacres was the standout player for the High Risers, registering 11 points through successful kills.
The victory marked Chery Tiggo's second win in the tournament, maintaining their flawless record. Crossovers' dynamic lineup, led by the Laure sisters, continues to impress in the competition.
On the other hand, Galeries Tower is still seeking their first win in the PVL, having lost both of their initial games.
The Crossovers will face the Akari Chargers in their next game on Tuesday, October 24, while the Highrisers will try to notch their first win against the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers on Saturday, October 28.
