The 2023 FIBA U16 Asian Championship will feature 16 teams from Asia. The teams are divided into 4 groups of 4 teams and play a round robin group.
The top team of each group will advance to the Quarterfinals, while the second and third will play a cross-over to also get into the quarterfinals.
